WARRANTY OF GOODS BY MANUFACTURER IN SEPARATE WRITING
The extent of the obligations of manufacturer concerning a sale of any of the goods shall be expressed in a written warranty. The warranty shall be in lieu of all other warranties of manufacturer, express or implied, and no other person is authorized to assume for manufacturer any additional obligations concerning a sale of the goods.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
